We provide design services including but not limited to website design, product UI/UX design, dashboard design, landing page design, brand identity, pitch deck design, and UX audits. The specific scope of services for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or written agreement.

We offer three primary engagement models:
(a) Core Retainer: Monthly design bandwidth on a recurring subscription basis
(b) Embedded Partner: Full-time embedded design team
(c) Fixed Sprint: One-off projects with defined scope and timeline

We will deliver services in accordance with the timelines and deliverables outlined in the agreed SOW. While we strive for on-time delivery, any delays due to client-side factors (delayed feedback, scope changes, unresponsiveness) may extend project timelines.

Any unused design days during an active month will be banked in your account and remain available indefinitely, provided your subscription remains active or is resumed within 12 months.

(a) Any proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, or design systems developed independently
(b) Our portfolio rights - we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing
(c) Pre-existing assets we license or have created prior to engagement
We retain ownership of:
